  • Fatman Is Finished Finally

Fatman is done...Finished...Fin...Finamundo...It is done... And I freeking can't believe it...Final paint...done...Final paint cure...done...Seasoned...done... I can no longer hide behind the ( I'm still fabricating mask) It's time to sacrifice some meat to this bad boy... I have a thank you party set for all the friends who helped me on Fatman... Can't wait...This paint is funkey... It has pearl essence in it... It's gun metal grey... But depending on the angel of the light, it turn's a little blue...It's a little crazy but it fits the owner... Still got to turn my handles, but I couldn't look at that bass wood any more... So I stained them with cherry wood stain for now... Thanks to everyone who helped me on this Freeking crazy ride... I now have my dream smoker...Thanks SM... All the best...

I just had to... After all the freeking time I spent on this puppy, I deserve a plaque...

That is a thing of beauty. If it were me I'd have to put it inside for a week or two before I lit it up just to admire it!
