Wasn't really in the mood last weekend to cook anything too time consuming so I picked up some pork chops to grill. We ended up cleaning up some trash on the other side of the farm and started a bonfire...we never made it back over to the barn where the kettle is so after the potatoes were done baking I used my DO lid to cook the chops.
First time I had done baked potatoes in the DO and it worked great! I did 2 extra to cut up and fry the next morning for breakfast.
Just a little of the trash we cleaned up...part of the trailer that used to be here that burned down.
It was a beautiful day!
Chops just had some salt and pepper on them but the cast iron really gave them some good flavor! Thanks for looking!
