Deaths Head Thai Jerky
5 lbs. sliced beef
1 Cup soy sauce
3/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. of Chili garlic sauce
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
1/2 tsp. wasabi paste
1 shot of coconut rum (dont have any beer here C.A.)
1 tsp. insta cure #1
Pour all ingredients except meat into a bowl.
Whisk marinade well to incorporate peanut butter and wasabi.
Pour marinade over meat in large ziploc bag.
Place in refrigerator 48 hours, turning a few times
Smoke or dehydrate until pieces are dry thru ought.
