Shrimp Tacos

Testing out the new little charcoal grill today. First is some garlic shrimp tacos with a melon salsa and hot sauce. Will be moving onto some chicken breast and thighs after

Hadn't eaten much of shrimp lately, but boy do i love them, 2 days in a row so far, wish i had more left

Approx.

1/2 an Avocado diced
1cm Slice Rockmelon, diced
15 or so Cherry Tomatoes (these were some yellow variety)
1/3 White onion diced
1 Habanero diced (forgot about some heat)
Touch lime juice
Little salt

Mix all together, would of liked some cilantro/coriander, but had none lying around

Sure looks great to me! Im not much of a fish taco fan, but Shrimp tacos? Hell Yeah! Shrimp is like ocean bacon, it goes great with just about anything!
