Finished designing a zip sauce.
Cooked off a pound of bacon in the oven. Drained fat into my bacon fat jar :{) (Was running low anyway)
Quick hot water rinse of pan, then deglazed with a half cup of fresh hot water.
Into a skillet for reduction with a dash of soy, some Clamato and a couple shots of a Cabernet S. Reduced down to a "motor oil" consistency. Man this tastes good! Meat aboot 3.5 hours in...138 and holding. In God I trust- All others pay cash...Check out the Mad Hunky and products at https://madhunkymeats.com or https://www.facebook.com/MadHunkyMeats
