Had some time for lunch to make some really good tacos.
I chopped up the rest of the point off my brisket very fine and let it marinade in, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and white wine. Warmed up a couple soft corn tortillas, chopped up some tomato, cilantro, red onion, and lettuce, (my avocado wasn't ripe yet). Dashed with some excellent hot sauce from a local establishment, and a side of black beans and dirty rice.
