    Red Alert!

    Some peppers picked today....

    Red Savina Habanero on the left...Carolina Reaper on the right...


    Left to right...Jalapeno, Serrano...Kung Pao...Maulee...


    Japs and Serranos will be smoked and dried for Chipotle powder...

    The ripest of the others will just be dried...

    Thinkin I might roast the red Maulee peppers when I roast the Hatch's that I bought...

    The rest will be dried or turned into some kinda sauce...Perhaps called "Red Alert"

    Lots more to ripen before frost...
