Got a boat load of em and not sure what to do with em. Looked at a few posts online for canning, but most if not all, say that once they are red, they get mushy when canned (Pickled). I hate to let em go to waste. I love the green once pickled and figured the red ones would no problem. Anyone have any input on this???
