Well lets try this again...
That's right folks...
Its time...
Time to FEAR THE REAPER!
Started with about 3/4 lb. of Carolina Reapers...
Coarse chopped them...Yes...I used gloves......Don't with Habs but with the ghosts and reapers it just makes sense...
Added about 9 oz. of onion cause that's what I had available...
Also 6 garlic cloves cause I got tired of peeling garlic...
To this we add 2 cups of vinegar and 1T. salt...Cooked till tender...
This into the peppers only blender to puree and into a jar to rest for a week in the fridge...
In a week I strain all the seeds and pulp from the sauce...
And add a quart of my home canned mater juice...Slowly bring to a boil ans simmer for a while....To this I added 2 T. of honey and 3 T. of lemon juice...
And in the end this is what I ended up with...
This stuff is every bit as hot as you think it is...
