    had some grilled chops i injected with apple juice ,smoky mountain rub and canadian whiskey.turned out tasting real good

      Looks great. I love a good chop. Be nice just to string up an IV for a continuous soaking while smoking instead on injecting LOL hmmm uh oh now I am thinking again.

                  oh yea nothing like a nice bone in chop grilled .

                      when injecting chops i always put the rub on first then wrap the chop in saran wrap and inject through the saran wrap that way all the injection doesnt come out
