We're gonna start with some of these

    And some of this

Noodles cooked, placed in serving bowls, and a little of the scampi sauce poured over them

Cooked shrimp placed on noodles and more sauce poured over everything

Shaved Parmesan cheese layered on top
Then into the oven under the broiler until cheese starts to melt

Hot out of the broiler and ready to serve

    A little closer look

    Thanks for lookin'.

I was always taught never cook with a wine you wouldn't drink. I grew up drinking German Riesling wines, so that is what I usually cook with.
