Yup---Like Rich said---No reason to brine a Butt, unless you're trying to make it taste like Apples or something.
Butts got all kinds of internal fat to keep them mighty moist!!
Wouldn't inject it either----Just rub some Mad Hunky GP Rub on it, and git 'er duuuun.
