I stumbled across the Sizzling Pepper Griddle online last Fall and ordered it after I'd dried and frozen all of my japs so I squirreled this puppy away for this year when my plants started producing. They started producing this week.
You only need 4 peppers to fill it, so I used 2 of my wife's no heat jalapeņos for her and 2 of my super hot Biker Billys for me. All you do is cut the stem end off the peppers, seed and devein them (I scraped the seeds out, but left the veins in mine for more heat), stuff them with your favorite filling while the lightly greased pan (I rubbed it with bacon grease on a paper towel) is heating over medium high heat, pop the peppers into the molded pan and sit back and twiddle yer thumbs while waiting for the skins to char and the cheese to get bubbly.
I filled mine with chopped deli ham, minced fresh onion and Mozzarella cheese and they were delicious.
