  • Sunday Thighs

well i wasn't planning on doing any smoking this weekend but the wife wanted something so i told her the easist thing to smoke would be chicken...well she came back from the store this morning with this

    and this

so i mixed it up ...smelled really good its a mix of lemon, lime, orange and chili peppers...

she also got this ....she said they were out of head country

so heres the thighs marainating for awhile

going on the smoker at about 300 using a couple of chunks of hickory
    about halfway thru the smoke

and getting ready for foil here with some of the sweet baby ray

all done and been resting for a hour or so...my plate with corn , a big salad and 2 thighs.....the sweet baby ray is alright but IMHO its nothing to head country...each his own i guess

thanks for lookin at my Sunday Thighs

Very nice! That baja citrus is some good stuff. Like it on fish. What'd you think of it?
