Not really a 911 situation but didn't know where else to put it. Doing 3 pizzas tonight, planned on doing one on yoder. My pizza stone is smaller than my pizza by a few inches. When I've done pizza without the stone the crust seem to get really crunchy. Any good ideas? Or should I forget the grill tonight?

Gonna hate yourself if that pizza "melts" and forms itself around the edges of the stone.....just saying....

My pizza stone is round, sometimes I buy frozen pizza and drop the sucker on the stone. The frozen one is square and to me it don't make no difference at all. If they are hungry they will wolf it down before they notice any problem.

Funny you posted this tonight as I was making this frozen pizza to get the young lad till we eat some lobster for new years. I added some home made pepperoni to this and some shredded cheese. Did it in the oven @ 375 F for 17 minutes on my round pizza stone. Tasted great and no difference in the crust as far as I can tell.

Fold the crust over itself all the way around the pie, maybe even putting some cheese or seasoning under the fold.
