Surprise Surprise, SS v3 Controller

To my complete surprise USPS delivered an unsuspecting package.
Opened it up and holy crap inside was the new Savannah Stoker v3 pellet grill controller.

First impressions, looks great with most used function buttons added plus indicator lights.
Real clean design and a long way from the first one about 5 years ago. Well done Billy.

Will install this tomorrow and take if for a flight.

Installed the new Savannah Stoker v3 pellet smoker control and smoking some chicken.


Using Rock's Stoker interfaced through the SSv3 to control the pit remotely on the internet.
