made this and was great. needs an ice cold beer to help it hit the spot.
all I could find here in the desert was farm raised shrimp. yuck. It is much gooder with gulf shrimp. I add some sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste and the shrimp got drunk in boilin beer.

need a larger spatula for early morning road kill removal.

As the venomous south American hissing skunk rat is growing fast and needs larger portions.

I 'spekt you've never eaten any of Cowgirls shrimps.
Well, unfortunately, neither have I, but I bet her farm raised are much better than those desert ones! :)

    Looks great Kyote!
Love the names you come up with.

Now if we could just come up with a "bobcat squeefer" or a "kitty squeffer" or a -- WHOOPS - uh, never mind! :)

Never seen bobcat barf before. I'm with you though, wild shrimp beat pond raised hands down. But it's getting to a point where farm raised is all you see anymore.

Oh my!! My 10 year old son though Atomic Buffalo Turd was pretty funny. Wait until I tell him about Bobcat Barf.

By the way, the picture of the finished dish looks way to classy to be named barf.

I don't know. I'd say if a bobcat ate that much shrimp, then got drunk martinis, it might look like that.

With ABT's, mooinkers, coyote dropping's, and Chupa Cabra nuts this will fit right in.

lets see recipe, I made this at the fire house as offten as I could find wild caught shrimp in the commy.
Zatarain's or old bay to boil the shrimp in. Zat's is a buck and change where as old B is almost 5 buck's I am not that loyal to old B.
to the boil I add two TBS's of cayene pepper along with the zats, bring to a roarin boil and simmer for 20 minutes or so. I want the seasoning to come out and infuse with the beer and water after 20 bring her back to a roarin boil. add the shrimp and when she comes back to a roarin boil again. leave for one minute. turn her off and let set 20 minutes. then cool the shrimp down. I add cool water and ice cubes. and that would be with 4 lbs of shrimp, any size. the larger ones get cut to bite size.
all the vegtables get chopped to large pieces and of course the avacados get sliced to large pieces.
pour two bottles of clamato in a large bowl then start adding the vegtables as you get them cleaned and chopped.
I add 1tbs of worchestsire sauce, 2 tbs liquid hot sauce, fine grind black pepper to taste, sea salt to tatse.

1 whole stalk celerty hearts ( makes a great crunch)
4-5 avacados. maybe more depending on size.
                    5-6 jalepenos
                    1 pablano pepper large
                    1 large green bell pep.
1 large red bell pep. I try to add one of every color bell pepper if I can.
1 bunch of culantro or cilantro
                    3-4 large tomatos
                    1 large sweet onion
                    1 small red onion
I slice and squeeze two limes in with everything, and mix everything well then add the avacado and incorperate gently.
I like it with saltines and a cheap ice cold beer. and normally squeeze more lime on my dish.
thanks for asking. and hope this helps.
