  • Smoked Blue Cheese

    Did a small batch of Blue cheese. Used the 12 inch tube for 3.5hrs. Wow this stuff has a great flavor. Will do again for sure.

            I do mind very heavy smoked. I use the tube smoker from amazing smoker or a copycat to all I made myself. so far all my reactions have been damn that's good.

              well i like blue cheese...even lived about a mile from Stilton, UK...never thought about smoked...interesting...

                You know I've smoked a helluva lot of cheese.
                But never a blue cheese. Or indeed the king of all blue cheese: Stilton.

                Going to have to remedy that
