1 bottle plain generic bbq sauce(base)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup b-n-c butt blessings rub(hehe)
2 tbsp. garlic pwdr.
1/4 cup or 5tbsp. mango jam
same of guava jelly
nuke for 1 minute & whisk together.
add or subtract until YOU like the consistency.
glaze over meats 20 minutes to 1 hour prior to pulling.
i've even been known to add 5tbsp. of jalapeno and/or mesquite bean jelly in it.

well ya can simmer it but all my pots were busy being the kidlet's drums.
bbqg-it's jelly made from mesquite beans.our family has been making this for years.

lol given that almost NONE of the ingredients are available over here - do you have a complicated version ? :bounce:
And what's wrong with microwaves kyote ? One of the most useful tools in the kitchen if you know what you're doing :-)

well lemme see....
1 18oz.bottle bbq sauce(the easy way)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup molasses
2 heaping tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2tsp malabar pepper
1 mango & 1 guava skinned,seeded,& proccessed (in food proccessor)
1/4 cup medium(marzen)beer of choice
mix all together-bring to a slow boil(constantly stirring) then & simmer over low heat for 30 mins.
vary the ingredients according to your tastes.
kyote-1 of the kids took 1 of my post bbq cook towels & tried to nuke it(long story). now everything out of the microwave tastes like it's been smoked.:noidea:
