  • Friday Night Flatbread Pizza

So I had a bunch of leftover smoked-meats, and picked up some Flatbreads at the Costco and figured I would make some pizzas!

    So here we go...

    Child 1: Cheese

    Child 2: Pepperoni and cheese:

    Child 3: Meatball, pepperoni, ham

Child 4 and wife: Buffalo Chicken

    Mine: BBQ Pulled Pork

One more.....this was flat out great!!

Some good eating, kids and wife liked them, said dont stop making your dough though... Was defiantly nice to have the flatbreads on had for quick eats...

    Thanks for looking!!

They all look great Brian, did you do them in the oven or outside? I have a package of those same Costco flatbreads in the freezer looking for something to do.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

      I like it...
No reason the flatbread wouldn't make a quick and easy pizza...And everyone got what they liked best

Mmmmmm...I think I'd have to try the buffalo chicken first then the PP and then the pepperoni, meatball and ham.
