Took a cabbage & leveled the stem end off. Cut a plug outta the top. Cored some of the inside out, save that & chop up. Poured some olive oil in. Fried & crumbled some bacon. Chopped onion & cabbage & lightly saute. Add whatever spice, ya can see what Louie used. Stuff what ya can in & put the lid on. I think I pulled it off at 160 & foiled. No other pic's....chasin tree rat's outta the Jap's with the Red Rider.
