    Im getting lazy. Pulled the ribs from the freezer, run under water until thawed enough to get the wrapper off, apply your rub and into the PP while still frozen. 150 for 2 hours and then finish at 225. I never noticed the membrane while eating last night. I know most people remove and I usually do too.
