  • Decided to use my Paella pan I got last year

    Standard stuff, sausage, chicken thighs deboned and cut up into chunks, shrimps, bit of cod, and clams cooked on the Weber with grape pellets thrown on the fire every now and then.

    Was pretty good and next time less Saffron and smoke.

    FUN! what a great pan and the food looks yummy. My wife needs to buy a pan like that for me!!

      i love it! gotta get me one...last time i had paella like that was when i went tdy to Decimomannu Air Base, Sardinia...ate so much it hurt!
