Did a couple of tri tips @131 for 10hrs rubbed down with tatonka dust had intended to get up early and cold smoke them before the bath but it didn't happen

Saved the liquid to cook down with some Bbq sauce and a little more worcestshire
Off to meat the green egg inferno vortex for 1.5 min a side
Didn't really matter if I cut it cross grain super tender and juicy
Played up with some fresh garden peas picked by my helper
