Figured someone here would know the answer, lol. I was cleaning out under the sink and found an open bottle of tequila (don't ask). Anyhow, I don't have any idea when it was opened. We don't drink the stuff so I must have needed it for a recipe. If I can't remember when it was opened, is it safe to assume it's no longer good and give it the heave ho?

Problem being mainly most of the alcohol has evaporated... RE: the no cap comment. And being under the sink uncapped... well, I know what's under MY sink anyway... alot of chems/cleaners and dust.
On Edit: OR...did you mean open bottle as in capped but some gone? oops heh...Last edited by Richtee; 02-07-2009, 05:31 PM.In God I trust- All others pay cash...Check out the Mad Hunky and products at https://madhunkymeats.com or https://www.facebook.com/MadHunkyMeats
