Figured someone here would know the answer, lol. I was cleaning out under the sink and found an open bottle of tequila (don't ask). Anyhow, I don't have any idea when it was opened. We don't drink the stuff so I must have needed it for a recipe. If I can't remember when it was opened, is it safe to assume it's no longer good and give it the heave ho?

under the sink in the dark will last a year or 2-as long as a tight cap-depends on the brand-here i used to cross the border and get the better stuff-some with worms-Boy I glad I don't drink that stuff anymore-I'm a peaceful man!heheComment

Lol, thanks guys but it's too late! Dumped it down the drain. Figured if I hadn' t used it in a couple of years it wasn't needed any more even if it was still good. :pDawn

Problem being mainly most of the alcohol has evaporated... RE: the no cap comment. And being under the sink uncapped... well, I know what's under MY sink anyway... alot of chems/cleaners and dust.
