I'm in a comp today, entered the mystery meat category. Yep its catfish. I've got mad hunky, hot whang, and tatonka dust. Also have some bacon grease and olive oil. What would you do? I'm thinking a 50/50 mix of mad hunky and hot whang. Maybe dip them in a bit of bacon grease first then rub
