  • Clam Bake..

    Probably my favorite Summer Cook.

    Started with some small red potatoes coated with 1TBS of olive oil. Wrapped tightly in foil and the onto some hot coals. Added some ears of corn in foil too.


    Seasoned the shrimps and Lobster with MHGP rub.


    I flipped the taters twice in 20 minutes, they were done. As was the corn. I removed them to a warm oven.

    Next, cleaned some little necks and added 12 oz of beer to the pan. Cover in foil and threw everything on the grill.
    Oh, and one Hunky Klobasz too.



    Took the clams off once they opened. Let everyone else enjoy the heat for a bit longer.


    And done.

    Hey, I saw a hair on that lobster, ya better pull it an send it to Florida for disposal! (ya could send a few shrimps too!

            Fantastic cook and pics Sam. Wow.
            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
