grinding chili's question

Hi Chili Heads

I am drying some cayenne peppers and super chili's. When you grind them do you leave the seeds or remove them?

Depends on the chili and how hot you want it. I usually leave them in, hotter that way.

Seeds are fine...
If yer grinder will grind them...If not they can be screened out later...

I leave them in... nicer heat and less work...
