Folks these are kick ass!!

I use the ends from the sliced pastrami...


All in the food processor...

Left over pastrami, swiss, sauerkraut, give it a whirl.

fold in cream cheese with hand form into balls, smaller are better...

flour, egg wash, panko...

fry them up and you are good to go...


Cut open... taking lessons from our favorite photographer...

these are FANTASTIC !!!!! .....last batch I made we had 8 leftover. tossed them in freezer an ate them last weekend. still pretty D*** good.

An yes as Brian says smaller the better....golf ball size after the breading is what I like.
