Folks these are kick ass!!
I use the ends from the sliced pastrami...
All in the food processor...
Left over pastrami, swiss, sauerkraut, give it a whirl.
fold in cream cheese with hand form into balls, smaller are better...
flour, egg wash, panko...
fry them up and you are good to go...
