  • Dryin paprika...

    Just put my first dozen paprika pepps on the dehydrator. Just sliced them in half and scraped out the seeds and onto the dryer they go. These wont be the last...the plants are loaded with peppers. They are over my head and still growing. If I can get my daughters camera I show some pics.

    Dang Dude.....can't keep the tree rat's off the jap's. Now yer tantalizing me with pap's........ Got the grand baby....with the Red Ryder, I have to cock it. Man it don't.....ya'll know! get noooo better than that!

          dude, check out my rib and dutch's beans thread i started today.

          put some paps on the smoker today........and they are now on the dehydrator......these are hunky pap plants........the sweets didn't do good, but the hots are ROCKING..............thank god, cause i owe rich some powder.


          let us not cry because we lost someone, but let us smile because we enjoyed their company for what time was allowed us!

              Dont know how I missed this one...

              I hope to smoke some too but will probably do it at a lower heat then dry them in the dehydrator...

              Hope to get enough to know for sure how I wannna do it next year.

                yeah, just threw em on while i was smoking the ribs.......from the reading i have done, its smoked at lower temps.........at least chipotles
