  • Bottom round in the SV

    Picked up a nice bottom round to make some roast beef sandwich meat. In the sous vide for 24 hours at *130 seasoned with some canadian steak seasoning and a little xtra granulated garlic. Pulled it out and onto the weber for a sear. Let it rest for a while and into the fridge. Sliced today. Looks like roast beef hoagies for lunch tomorrow.......

                  I have to do this as well. Great job.
                  Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                  My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
