  • Crabcake stuffed Smoasted Cod!

    We staat off with some Spacific Cod! One filet seperaateed and budderflied!


    Den we mixes up de crabb cake! MmmMHhmmm, Gon be GuuD!


    Den we Manionatee the Cod in white Whine an MH Poultry Brine. Ovanight!


    Somewheres in here we fry the crab cakes (not the stuffin)!

    Big part out of Manionatee'n


    Den we stuff, no pics of de stuffin...?

    Then wrapped an ready fo de chill before de storm, de cookin storm!
    Here we onna de grille! De big one coated with Basque Nortee, Agave nectar an Madras Curry. The others got the mop also!


    Stuffed Cod commin off de fire!


    An we plated over a smashed tater with butta. Crab Stuffed Cod topped with Alfredo sauce and Thyme!

                    I did notice that along with losing the ability to speak you also used invisible crabcakes :-)

                    Looks good, but where are the crab cakes.

                    Not even a sliced pic so we can see them inside the cod.

                    But hey, what's there looks damn delicious

                          The crab cake mix is right here in the middle. You can see it in the lower right piece of Sfish!


                          All three stuffed that way. Thought I had taken a pic sliced....but can't find it.

                            Nice stuff Mark, damn.

                            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
