This is my first cheese smoke since spring. Finally getting cool enough. I did four blocks of Pepper Jack. Netted 11 packets vac packed. A visiting relative and other family will get some and they are excited. Here's some pics.

yeah...it has been dipping into the 40's here...bout time to get a cheese smoke on!
The wife unit has been plowing through pistachios and saving the shells for me. Gonna give those a go for sure.

Sounds great! Cant see the pics though on ipad.
I attached this one from one of our "Cheese Wizards" from his how to smoke cheese cable TV series. It was taken from the "Don't do this shit" episode, first series, episode 1.
