  • Shrimp Shrimp & More Shrimp

If everyone hasn't noticed by now we love seafood.
Tonight we are indulging in a shrimp feast.

Hmmmmm tomatoes and lettuce, what to do ?

I was looking through the cabinets and found some crab shells so I made a crab and shrimp stuffing for the shells

Shrimp skewered and seasoned. Ready for the grill

    Sauce cooking

Stuffed shells go into the Keg first. Keg cooking at 400° using RO lump and orange wood

After the shells have cooked for about 10 minutes, I kicked the heat up to 500°, lower the cooking grate, and put the skewered shrimp on

    Almost done

Starting dinner with a mater hollowed out and filled with a cold, creamy crab and shrimp salad surrounded by a few cold boiled shrimp served on a bed of lettuce with a shell full of Remoulade sauce for dippin'

Grilled shrimp and stuffed crab shell served on a bed of angel hair pasta with an Parmesan sauce. Topped with shaved Parmesan

    Closer look

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim
