  • Bone In Ribeye.........

yeah I put it in the hot bath....

I have it so why not use it.....

So here we are seasoned with Pickapeppa, garlic, and season salt, pat of butter.

Put in the bath at 12:10 @ 128*

    Taken out at 4:45

Here is what it looked like...

Onto the vortex for a quick seer.

Pulled off and put on my ranchman's butter

    Cut open:

Got a bit over done, not much but a bit, as I was cooking 5 of these bad boys and had it on the side of the V for a bit long prior to a seer, but all was good and it was very tender. Kids and wife loved it so that is what mattered!!

The SV is nice, let them do their thing while I did mine....when ready onto the V and dinner is ready. I like it and it is a nice tool in the shed!!

    Have a good night folks!
