    ... Bhut its a mistake I'm willing to live with.
    Found a nice cool day here in the Sonoran Desert & decided the best course of action was to smoke some cheese.

    Loaded up some cherry pellets & fired it up...


    Loaded up the Horizon with sharp cheddar, pepper jack, mozzarella & a brick of cream cheese...


    After aboot 8 hours they're smellin' pretty good...


    Baggin' em up...


    Ready to go...

                  I've smoked blue cheese and I've smoked butter but never cream cheese...Gotta be some good stuff...

                      All looks tasty. Did you monitor your temps? Curious how the cream cheese stayed firm compared to the harder cheeses.

                        Interested in the cream cheese too. I LOVE cream cheese!
                        Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                        My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                              Longest I've ever smoked cheese is about 3.5 hours.
