    19.4# of black pepper beef jerky, the last of a 50# order a friend of mine wanted. I had a total of 30, 1/2# bags of jalapeno, 31 garlic and 46 black pepper. $12 / bag. 5 days work. Slice, brine, slice, brine, smoke, slice, brine, smoke, smoke.... 105# of top round. 2 and 3 smokers going for 3 days. I need a break......

    Damn dude...I would love to be your assistant if ya need some help...Thats my kinda weekend, plus...Of course I do sample pretty heavily during the average jerky cook...
