      Brine rich, my slaughterhouse recipe.

      Brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, jalepeno seasonin, cayenne an honey, cure it TQ.

        Ahhh right-o! I need to try that sometime. I just get soo hung up on the onion/garlic/ CBP dry cure... sigh. Get outta the groove man!
