  • A Light Summer Meal

It's starting to get hot down here(a little early). So some lighter meals will be on the agenda for the next few months.

    Shrimp cleaned, skewered, and seasoned

Keg heating up using RO lump and orange wood

    Skewers going onto the Keg

Ready to come off the Keg

Grilled shrimp served with fresh sliced tomatoes, cheesy rice and broccoli casserole, and spicy dippin' sauce

Better look at the succulent morsels

A easy, quick, and light summer meal

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim

        Thanks and for the

I don't grow as many maters as I used to. But with the weather here I can stagger the planting and with a little care have fresh maters year round.
