  • Grilled Scallop & Shrimp Dinner

Tonight I fixed a scallop recipe I haven't done in awhile along with some shrimp and Teriyaki noodles

    Cleaned scallop shells

    Cleaned shrimp and bay scallops

    Scallops skewered and seasoned

Shells brushed with melted butter, then 4 scallops placed in melted butter

Scallops coated with a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, FCBP, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Just before going on the Keg I covered the tops with fresh shredded mozzarella(next time I will just buy it shredded-This was messy & hard to do) and dusted with some chopped parsley

Shells stuffed with a crab & scallop filling

Keg is at 400° using RO lump and orange wood
Stuffed shells were put on the Keg about 10 minutes before the scallops and shrimp
    Everything on the grill

Everything is almost ready to come off the Keg

Stuffed shell, scallops, and shrimp served on a bed of teriyaki noodles with some hot & spicy dipping sauce

Closer look at the cheesy scallops

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim

Now that's enticing. And I don't do nearly enough seafood and it's available.
