    “Solo Cup” Frozen Margaritas

In an ice cream maker (preferably the wood barrel style) mix…
1.75 ltr bottle of Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix or favorite
One 16 oz Solo Cup of Orange Juice or favorite (this is the secret ingredient)
One 16 oz Solo Cup of favorite Tequila
¾ Solo Cup (12 oz) of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
¼ Solo Cup (4 oz) of Everclear (Optional)
This mix will fill a standard 4 qt container

    For best results…
In the kitchen sink (especially of it’s hot outside)
Insert canister in ice cream maker and turn on
Layer the ice a Solo Cup at a time sprinkled with ice cream salt
Churn about 30 to 45 minutes or until ice cream maker stops turning

WARNING: Do not serve in Solo Cups…
I'll usually serve with a ladle in small 6 oz plastic cups.
One batch is twenty 6 oz servings.
