  • MH JAB Burgers Sous Vide & Grilled on the Char-Broil Patio Bistro

12 mouth watering, juicy and tender burgers! 80/20 ground beef seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder and coarse ground black pepper. Then I applied a heavy coating of Mad Hunky Meats Just Add Beef rub to both sides. I vacuum packed them using the Vacmaster VP112S on setting 35 as to not smash the patties. Then in to a 129 F water bath using the Vacmaster SV1 immersion circulator. They were in the water bath for 6 hours. Then it was on to the Char-Broil Patio Bistro 180 with grate temp of 550 F for a quick 1.5 minute grill per side. This is now my families favorite way to have burgers. It's takes a lot longer but it's so worth the wait and look at those grill marks... Thanks for viewing...

I'm really impressed by this table top gasser. It doesn't just to great on small cooks it knocked out 12 burgers in no time. The only issue I have had is that gusty winds can blow it out. I get a lot of wind up on my deck. I put up a wind break when I cook with it. Problem solved. It also cleans up very easy.
