in some bacon drippings, i sauted a med onion diced, 3 stalks celery diced, added a link of home made brat sausage and cooked, added some diced garlic, the stems of the mushrooms diced, 6 strips of cooked bacon crumbled, and i use spice hunters chefs shake seasoning.
took the mushrooms and put on smoker for about a half hour befor stuffing. poked hole in bottom of shroom to drain.
filled with mixture and topped off with mozzerella cheese and back in smoker till cheese is melted. these are excellent!!!
