Shish Kebab Sausage

I think I got a really bad case of "Addicted to making sausage"

BUT, I love the creative part of it & this one made my wife's eyes roll back in her head.....SHISH KEBAB SAUSAGES.... YES!

We had shish kebab's for dinner on Saturday and there was left over:
- Rib steak chunks (marinated in wine & rosemary)
- Ham chunks (pre-cooked)
- Mushrooms
- Yellow Peppers
- White Onions

All the vegetables had been marinating in Italian dressing.... Ground up all the meat & vegetables, dumped in a little bit of the Italian dressing marinade to give it a little moisture & oil, then stuffed into sheep casings (not so stinky when they are cold, but still....)..... They were great!

With the look she gave me when I mentioned it ...... I did not even offer her any..... Me and the kids put 'em all down, hot off the grill.
