This is the same sauce I used on the wing recipe I posted about awhile ago. So, I figured I'd play around with the sauce and see what happens. First, I brined the shrimp for 4 hours. They are in there:
Then, I got some fix-ins together, cilantro, green onions, mushrooms and peanuts:
I put some lite rub on the shrimp and let it sit in the fridge. Probably a wasted step in all honesty. With the fix-ins, I sauteed them olive oil and soy sauce. Came out pretty good:
I got a little lazy and just fired up the gasser and did the shrimp indirect at 350 degrees. It works and doesn't take long as you know:
Finally got it all plated up and served. The Mrs. said it's a keeper and she's not a shrimp fan so I guess I did ok:
Thanks for looking.
