I've used both the italian and maple breakfast venison sausage in fatties. Would think a meatball would be just as good. The tasty delicacy that is the "bacon-wrapped-smoked-sauced-rubbed-meatball" lends itself to far too many tasty variations to be limited to just beef meatballs.:lol: While technically not a MOINK ball, (according to the rules at the Brethren) WD's JD Maple Sausage/ground beef version sounds EXCELLENT!!:thumb: Perhaps we should assign them new names and open up the category to ALL forms of meatballs. Or just say the heck with the names and just smoke 'em and eat 'em.:thumb: The names are kind of fun though.. I like Squeef burgers for the ground pork/ground beef burgers.
