    Got some neighbors coming over for BBQ and football game, anyone got a good potatoe salad recipe? Thanks!

    I do, but the sauce is cooked and then there is the time for the flavors to meld hope you get some answer quick.

      My mother has made this en fer ever, very good, we use it all the time. See ifin it'll work fer ya.

      Miss Vivians Tater Salad
      By Tip Piper of Hillbilly Vittles
      5 Lbs Potatoes
      1 Doz Eggs
      2 Medium Onions
      Salt, Pepper to Taste
      Miracle Whip ta the right consitancy

      Peel an boil potatoes, drain let cool some.
      Hard boil an chop eggs.
      Chop onions fine.
      Cut potatoes into chunks, add in chopped eggs an onions. Add in Miracle Whip until it is smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.

        I keep modifyin this & I do add Bacon.

        Potato Salad
        4 large potatoes
        1/2 cup chopped onion
        1/2 cup chopped celery
        1/4 cup pimento 2 boiled eggs
        1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
        2/3 cup mayonaisse
        1/3 cup mustard

        Been addin paprika & dill....

          My wife just uses the one off of the Best Foods Mayo jar label. I love it. Have even had it for breakfast before.

          BEST FOODS CLASSIC POTATO SALAD

          1 cup BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise
          2 tbsp vinegar
          1 1/2 tsp salt
          1 tsp sugar
          1/4 tsp pepper
          4 cups potatoes (5 to 6 medium), cooked, cubed, peeled
          1 cup sliced celery
          1/2 cup chopped onion
          2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

          Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

          Stir in remaining ingredients.

          Cover; chill.

          Makes 5 cups
