    Smoked Bacon wrapped Bacon

    I had to try it.....


    Cubed up some of my cold smoked canadian bacon....



    wrapped them in sliced bacon....



    rolled some of them in a cayenne/brown sugar mix, some in a chipotle sauce, some sprinkled with cracked black pepper and left some plain.....







    Added a can of spam and a can of treet, and some shrimp stuffed abts.
    Smoked everything for 4 hours...




    Sprinkled the spam and treet with the cayenne/brown sugar mix and spritzed them with whiskey....














    The pepper bacon wrapped bacon...




    The chipotle bacon wrapped bacon....





    The cayenne/brown sugar bacon wrapped bacon....




    It was moist and tender inside.

    I think I love bacon wrapped bacon. lol

            Oh my, bacon wrap in bacon, with more wrapped bacon, with bacon topped ABT's, and a frosted mug of beer. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! How do you come up with all of these great ideas?

                    Bacon stuffed bacon wrapped with bacon and a side of french fries deep fried in bacon grease topped with crumbled bacon............and a beer. Mmmmmm. You make the wheels spin Cowgirl :)

                        Great choice on the sauce.. San Marcos makes THE best Chipoltle Sauce in a can.. Nicely done once again Kiddo!!
