So I picked up 2 pounds of beef rib. Yes..just one. Put about 3 hours light buttonwood smoke on it (Thanks Mark!) and sealed ‘er up with some JAB and some GP. I like the combo...anyway...
I just walked into the kitchen and dang..I can smell BBQ! It’s kinda amazing how much smoke comes thru the vac bag.
