Triple Ps and wings

Made some stuffed peppers for this past Saturday's big UK / U of L game (GO CATS!!!). Andy coined these as "Triple Ps" for pulled pork peppers.

Went to the garden and could only find 2 peppers that were worth picking. A small bell pepper and a banana pepper. Stuffed 'em with cream cheese and nice hunk of leftover pulled pork.



Wrapped in bacon with a little Grippo's BBQ seasoning on top:



Also did some chicken wings for the game. Soaked those in Texas Pete Buffalo Wing sauce for a couple of hours then rubbed some with Grippo's and some with Simply Marvelous BBQ seasoning.





Triple Ps in the smoker with the wings, some dogs in beer and used hickory.
